


ELLIE JACKSON
Ellie is a multidisciplinary creative, copywriter, editor, journalist and publisher who is driven to explore culture as it appears and uncover stories that really matter to audiences. Ellie creates work to challenge perception and ditch out-of-date traditions.
She's also a runner, swimmer, footballer and climber, Ellie founded The Movement Movement in summer 2021, as a means to create a print-led, inclusive sports conversation by and for women. Ellie is now committed to not only creating a new and open conversation for women, but to actively transforming the male-driven sports media landscape from the inside out.

AMIE SNOW
Amie is a Bajan-British creative force with a decade-long track record of excellence in global advertising and entertainment. She’s an award-winning Diversity Champion, serving as both creative director and content creator. Amie lends her expertise to “RCRD SHOP UK’’ as a host and creative consultant, shaping the cultural landscape with her passion for music. Through her work and advocacy, she continually redefines visionary leadership in creativity and beyond.





JESSICA JONES
Jess is a scripted development executive and creative strategist with over a decade working at the heart of the UK’s film and TV development landscape. She has worked at BBC Drama, Channel 4 Drama, Amazon, Paramount, and the BFI Film Fund, shaping projects that have earned BAFTA and BIFA recognition and supporting filmmakers whose work has travelled and won awards on the international festival circuit.
She’s fascinated by the fast-blurring lines between scripted storytelling, branded entertainment, and digital-first culture, a space she explores through Scripted Futures, where she digs into the trends reshaping how stories get made, shared, and consumed.




BEXY CAMERON
Bexy is a writer, director, academic and activist. Her global filmmaking spans the realm of art, fashion and music.
She uses her talents for social change and noisemaking: having written and conceptualised a Channel 4 series as well as films investigating, LGBTQI rights in the commonwealth, religious cults, fan culture, gender, female empowerment, and the music industry. Her first book was published in July 2021 and optioned for television, with Dakota Johnson and Riley Keough attached to star and produce.

DOMA DOVGIALO
Doma is a Polish-Lithuanian photographer, videographer & director based in London. Repped by production company Octopus Inc, She shoots commercially for our clients such as AMG and AVON. And others like Gem & Tonic.
Her personal projects focus around mental health and she has worked with various publications such as BBC pictures, Mind Foundation and NHS.





ROISIN MENNELL
Roisin is a strategist with a specific interest in how storytelling can be infused with social consciousness. Her journey is shaped by her unwavering interest in effecting cultural change, evident in her work supporting individuals in mental health services and her contributions to women’s health advocacy and awareness-raising campaigns in the charity and start-up sectors. Passionate about the intersection of culture and impact, Roisin brings her imagination, creativity, and empathy to the forefront of every project.

AMY DOWNES
Amy is an integrated Creative Director with a decade of experience crafting and delivering through-the-line campaigns rooted in powerful storytelling.
Guided by an audience-first mindset and grounded in strategy and insight, she shapes narratives that translate seamlessly across different media. From experiential activations, low-lift content, to traditional above-the-line work she is meticulous in detail and plugged into culture. Attuned to how people engage with stories today, Amy creates work that cuts through and resonates wherever audiences encounter it.





CHRISTINE JONES
Christine is one of the 1% in the industry, a multi-award-winning creative who started in the Adland over 20 years ago, and as Global ECD for the past 15 years. She has worked in traditional agencies, and then with Rankin across culture, trends and fashion, building a successful creative division.
Before Siren, Christine was the Global ECD of Ridley Scott Creative Group where she built from scratch a department that originated brand partnership ideas for the likes of Pepsi and Diageo. Creating stories that sat across any platform, any length for the likes of AMG. Unilever and beyond.

OLIVER NOWLAN
Oli's been working across the creative industry for over a decade. His experience has taken him from launching new drinks with Jack Daniel's to building worlds for AMG's electric fleet. Whatever he works on his aim is always to engage audiences with storytelling and loves to find new ways to bring brands into culture. Before Siren, Oli worked with Christine at Rankin and RSA developing creative platforms and brand partnerships for the likes of AMG, Pepsi & Diageo. A lot of his career has been spent working alongside incredibly talented women, and with Siren he's able to make sure that keeps happening while building a company that strives for a better balance.
