Avon, one of the most successful brands with a 98% workforce of women, wanted to recruit new reps and connect with a global Gen Z audience through a campaign that felt current, relevant, and authentic. The goal was to shift perceptions of what it means to be an Avon rep today and spotlight the often-overlooked women’s economy worldwide. This is a brand who wanted to shift perception.

We created the platform ‘Beauty Your Way’ – a celebration of Avon Reps and their positive impact they have on women’s lives across the globe. Avon always want to cast genuine reps so we crafted narratives with them that showed how Avon empowers women to earn on their own terms, build friendships, and play vital roles in their communities doing it their way.
The campaign centred on a hero film featuring one rep, supported by shorter global cutdowns and localised edits tailored to different markets. We also created a fresh visual language – using animated emojis, collage, and a conversational tone to give the work an authentic, contemporary feel that resonated with the audience.
